        Wines of Tuscany

The Tuscany, predominantly hilly, is because of its tradition and presence of the large wines, one of the most important realness in the oenology range of Italy and the world. The Sassicaia, cultivated and manufactured in Bolgheri, is one of the quality symbols of the oenological Italy and opened the road for the "super tuscans", between others the Tignanello and Solaia.
The production is distributed over the whole region: from the hills of Chianti, between Florence and Siena, up to the Maremma, from the border Liguria to Montalcino, from Bolgheri up to the hills of Arezzo.

The Sangiovese is the undisputed ruler. From a kind of Sangiovese, in Montalcino, develops the Brunello, while between the white grapes the Trebbiano Toscano is the most diffuse one. Together with the Sangiovese and the Canaiolo Nero he forms the Chianti.
